Race 2: SWEET PLEASURES (6)
Race 4: WINGS N THINGS (7)
Race 5: TALL MO (7)
Race 7: TWO GUNSY (4)

Jockey: E Pheiffer – Trainer: D Cason
SWEET PLEASURES is unbeaten from two local starts and might only have a small three-pound penalty to carry for her impressive win in mixed company two weeks ago. This imported bay is well poised to follow up with another strong performance at this higher level.
Jockey: R Munger – Trainer: P Smith
WINGS N THINGS is a tough maiden who bounced back to form, finishing a strong second over six furlongs in mixed company right here two weeks ago. Although she has let her supporters down before, she benefits today from facing her own sex and an excellent draw, making her a strong contender to go one better over an extra furlong.
Jockey: M V. Rensburg – Trainer: W Miller
TALL MO favours sprint distances, which explains his disappointing recent run. With a good draw today, the chestnut gelding looks set to bounce back and should return to form. He was runner-up over this course and distance in his penultimate race.
Jockey: Ryan Munger – Trainer: Stephanie Miller
TWO GUNSY is two kilograms out at the weights by official ratings but is in sparkling form, completing an impressive hat-trick of wins recently. He shows no signs of slowing and most of his six career wins have come over this course and distance.
Jockey: Muzi Yeni – Trainer: Coerie Lensley
DANCING DUDE continues to progress well, with his strong finishes in his last two starts suggesting he will enjoy today’s distance. While facing the challenge of a wide draw, expect him to make a late charge. His stablemate TOKIMONSTA has modest form but a good record at this course and distance and remains a serious contender despite a tough draw and recent stamina concerns.
