Step Into The Intensity of the Fourth Round at the ATP Masters 1000 Series in Indian Wells

Roger Federer 1/50 | Jeremy Chardy 19/2
Leading the top half of the draw is the legendary Roger Federer. While it might seem a foregone conclusion, let’s delve into his upcoming clash against Jeremy Chardy. Chardy, riding high on the success wave of fellow French stars at the moment, has delivered a fantastic run this year at Indian Wells. Despite a modest season so far with some early exits, Chardy has stunned with victories over Julian Benneteau, Fabio Fognini, and Adrian Mannarino. But standing in his way is the incredible Federer machine.
Federer, chasing his sixth Indian Wells title, has been unstoppable, easily dispatching opponents like Filip Krajinovic and Delbonis. Unbeaten in 13 matches this year, he looks sharper than ever, while challengers like Dimitrov and Thiem continue their quest to fill his shoes. Although there’s little value in the odds, Federer is undoubtedly the favourite to win, leading their head-to-head 3-1, with Chardy’s sole win back in 2014 on clay.
Hyeon Chung 3/10 | Pablo Cuevas 22/10
South Korean star Hyeon Chung has shocked many by defeating Tomas Berdych to reach the Round of 16. Known for defying expectations, especially after his stellar run to the Australian Open semi-finals, Chung continues to impress. However, he hasn’t progressed beyond the quarterfinals in Acapulco or Delray, and now faces an opponent in rich recent form.
Argentine Pablo Cuevas has thrived during the South American clay-court season, making a quarterfinal in Rio and a semi-final in Sao Paolo. He surprisingly dethroned Dominic Thiem here and also ousted Canadian sensation Denis Shapovalov. At 22/10, Cuevas offers decent value especially as Chung hasn’t advanced past a quarterfinal since the Australian Open.
Taylor Fritz 18/10 | Borna Coric 4/10
Taylor Fritz, the crowd favourite from the home nation, is having a fairy-tale run coming off a tough Indian Wells Challenger event last week. His season has had ups and downs, but standout wins against Opelka, Andrey Rublev, and Fernando Verdasco have set him up for this enticing fourth-round match against the promising young gun Borna Coric.
Coric showed great form in Dubai, despite falling to champion Roberto Bautista-Agut, and has notable wins over Donald Young and Albert Ramos-Vinolas here. Still, I believe Fritz at 18/10 represents great betting value heading into this match.
 YESWENA
Pablo Carreno Busta 39/20 | Kevin Anderson 7/20
In a thrilling rematch of last year’s US Open Semi-Final, South Africa’s fiery Kevin Anderson takes on Spaniard Pablo Carreno-Busta. Apart from Federer, Anderson may be the hottest hardcourt player this week with a recent New York Open title and a finals appearance in Acapulco. He’s shown his versatility by beating a range of styles on American hardcourts and enters this match well favoured.
Carreno Busta trails Anderson 3-0 in their head-to-head, including that US Open semi-final. Despite some tough matches and decent performances, Carreno Busta hasn’t shown the consistency this season that Anderson has. Anderson at 7/20 looks like a safe bet to progress.
