Editorial Policy & Corrections

This policy applies to Zama Zonke’s revised guides and future editorial work. Older material is being assessed against the same standards; an archive label means it should not be treated as current advice.

Sources and factual claims

We use primary information where available: operator terms, regulator publications, official game rules and named original reporting. We identify the source and distinguish facts from interpretation. We do not present a rewritten press release or another publisher’s report as original investigation.

Original value

A useful guide should answer a specific reader question with clear explanations, examples, comparisons or documented observations. Rewording a source, adding keywords or changing a publication date is not enough. Substantial new developments belong in an existing story unless they serve a genuinely different reader need.

Authorship and assistance

The name Alex Mokoena is a disclosed editorial pen name. Articles may be prepared with software or AI assistance. The publisher remains accountable for verification, source attribution and corrections. A pen name or an automated draft is not evidence of professional credentials.

Reviews and commercial relationships

We state the scope of a review and do not invent deposits, withdrawals, player experiences, customer testimonials or numerical ratings. Affiliate relationships are disclosed. Read how we review and our affiliate disclosure.

Updates and archives

Dates should reflect meaningful editorial changes. Expired events and offers must not be promoted as current opportunities. An archived article may remain available at its original address for reference while being excluded from search. When two pages serve the same purpose, we can consolidate them and redirect the older address.

Requesting a correction

Send the page URL, the disputed passage and a reliable supporting source through our contact form. Substantive corrections should explain what changed. We do not require sensitive personal information to receive editorial feedback.
