Bafana Bafana coach Stuart Baxter has announced an exciting 23-man squad set to compete in the upcoming 4-Nation Tournament in Zambia, running from 22 to 25 March 2018.
Coach Baxter has shaken things up by making 14 changes from the last squad that faced Senegal in November during the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, introducing a fresh wave of young talent. Among the highlights is the inclusion of 21-year-old Siphesihle Ndlovu from Maritzburg United, a much-anticipated addition.
Orlando Pirates fans will be thrilled to see OriMa players Innocent Maela and Thembinkosi Lorch earning their spots, although teammate Luvuyo Memela was surprisingly left out. Below, you’ll find the full squad list and essential details about the tournament.
The other competitors in this exciting tournament are Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Angola, with all matches hosted at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Zambia.
