He’s better than his last two runs suggest and should make an impact if he adapts to the track.

MANOUCHE exceeded expectations when finishing runner-up in a Pinnacle Stakes here three weeks ago and escaped a penalty due to the nature of the race. He is well-handicapped for this lower level and is drawn in the ideal gate.

Despite a wide barrier, his frontrunning style and current form should secure him a strong finish, with a promising young jockey in the saddle.

The lightly raced DANCING DUDE is expected to keep improving after a good run dropping to the minimum distance recently. The extra furlong here should suit his running style well.
